To download select the file you wish and the file should begin downloading. Each file contains a windows media video (.wmv) and the accompanying visual aids. Music for the series is available in the download list as well. Each file is between 50-200mb in size

All files are in a .zip format and must be "unzipped". If you do not have a .zip program try the free "Enzip" (MS Windows XP and above have this built in)
